NEW ALBUM THIS YEAR
Finally, after releasing the 3rd GRAAL instrumental album in 2008, we are back to work on the 3rd vocal CD too. There are more than 20 new songs, most of them written between 2005-2009, which have never been recorded yet, but now we began to seriously think of creating an album that will truly lift your spirit up. Like I said, there are many new songs, so there is no “final songlist” yet…but we’re workin’ on it. I’ll try to put on the website a sample of one of the new songs (it’s only a part of a demo version), and though I really don’t like to speak about concrete release dates, I really hope that this new vocal album will be done completely this year, and probably released around october.
There is also another project that we’re workin’ on, it’s a secret one :-) , but when the time comes, you’ll be announced…’till then, thank you for your patience, and hope to see you soon….

Here we introduce the band members, their music, thoughts, hopes and performing plans for near future, music which has risen out of their desire to create something new, as the Holy Scriptures teach us, in Psalm 96:1 which quotes: "Sing unto the Lord a new song!" Our music must praise Him and to be dedicated unto Him also. Here are some thoughts I read not long time ago, and I'd like to share them with you..."One of the things which raised conflicts (between generations) in the Church is music. Music is made up of text (lyrics), rhythm and harmony. Unfortunately, in the contemporary music this order has changed into harmony, text(lyrics) and rhythm. Music is able to create a bound with God, with the surrounding nature and with Satan as well. The main role of music is the glorifying and praising of our Almighty God. Through our songs, we are ought to uplift Him and not to sing our sinful helplessness. Instead of uplifting Him, we praise our own weaknesses. The melody has to be unique, chosen apart ONLY for God. Our music needs to be taken from above's heavenly pattern, from divine inspiration and to be carried on. If the music stirs only the the foot's rhythm and not the heart, if the music doesn't call you to repentance, to adorning God, if the music is not able to touch a sinful man and does not draw him to the cross...that kind of music can't be good" There are many things to say, but I only intended to point out those which are more important (for further reading, please access the following link www.crestini.com ) Living in times where music tends to lose its own beauty, the melody and the message, through sophisticated arrangements, the Graal Band brings back the simplicity of music. Their songs are simple, peaceful, written from heart to other hearts which thirst after the present truth and a better christian life. Having started as a band from instrumental music, modern transpositions after classic pieces or having different influences ( i.e. irish music) and to vocal songs, personal compositions, Graal music comes to touch the souls or those who linger after peace, and not after noise unsettled rhythms, and heavy music, irritable, but bringing to you a still and peaceful ambience, a music through which everyone can talk with God, and His angels seem to be closer...
